Conditions: clause 5 of the TermsPULSUS is not an invoicing program: it connects to the one you already use. Invoices are still issued where they are today, and you move at your own pace.
InvoiceXpress, TOConline and Moloni: the invoices you issue there come into PULSUS, with the PDFs, without typing them again.
When you connect, PULSUS also reads the invoices already there, not just new ones. With other certified software, your history comes in through the setup assistant via the SAF-T invoicing file, which they all export.

Invoices, salaries, IBANs and contracts are at the heart of a company. That is why every PULSUS security rule is checked on the server and tested against attempts to get around it.
We deliberately try to read other companies’ data: it must be refused, every time.
A 6-digit code on your phone. The company can require it for managers or for everyone, and sign out on inactivity.
No access, read-only or edit, module by module. Read-only users cannot write, not even outside the screen.
Salaries, IBANs and tax IDs only for those the manager authorises. CVs and contracts open only through temporary links.
An invoice with an IBAN different from the usual one turns red and alerts managers before anyone pays.
Nobody approves their own request. Every action is logged with who did it, by the server.
Integration keys are stored encrypted (AES-256). Alert when someone signs in from a new country.
Every document carries a seal: anyone can confirm at pulsus.pt/verificar that it has not been changed.
In a management meeting, a wrong number that looks right is worse than none. That is why Kaia does no maths: PULSUS does the calculating.
The AI only turns the question into a query. PULSUS reads the data and calculates in code; Kaia writes the answer by copying the values already calculated.
Every answer says what it looked up and shows the numbers exactly as PULSUS calculated them, so you can check them.
When you ask it to do something — holidays, tasks, approvals — Kaia shows a card with what will happen. It is only saved when you press Confirm.
Kaia only looks up what the person can already see in PULSUS. Salaries and staff costs only for those with access to sensitive data.
